Hi, Jaime here. I'm a Holistic Health Coach, helping stressed-out professional ladies feel better in their bodies so that they can be more energized - physically, mentally, and emotionally.

As a Certified Health + Life Coach and Personal Trainer, I’ve spent a lot of time teaching people how to eat healthy and exercise. But neither of those things will last if you don’t have the right mindset in place first.

Our health and energy plummet not just because of what we eat and how we exercise but because of things like:

  • Too much stress
  • Anxiety about never-ending to-do lists
  • Feeling overwhelmed with our job, kids, and responsibilities
  • Taking care of everyone else first
  • The way we feel about ourselves inside
  • Our culture
  • The people who raised us
  • The way our friends talk
  • And more

That’s the missing piece: understanding the real day-to-day struggles that we go through.

Why am I so passionate about this work?

A few years ago I was in a painful car accident that left me with a serious neck injury. I became depressed and hopeless …  I was stuck in a downward spiral.

I felt crappy, so I treated myself crappy too. It was a vicious cycle. I was eating junk. I always felt stressed, exhausted and in pain. My joints ached. My hair was falling out. I was breaking down in tears all the time. Every day felt like a struggle.

I worked 50 hours a week in my corporate job, often canceling plans with friends or family because I had no energy and I was embarrassed by my appearance. It’s not that I didn’t want to see them —  I just didn’t have the energy to spare to go out and do things after work. It wasn’t physically possible for me to put on the happy face and talk about how great things were because my body just couldn’t handle it.

Some days 3 PM would hit, and I couldn’t fight past it. I’d have to tell my boss I was sick and go home to take a nap. Once my head hit the pillow I’d sleep until my alarm went off the next day.

If I was too tired and stressed to cook, I’d head straight for the ice cream or call for a pizza.

One day I looked in the mirror, and I didn't even recognize myself. I thought to myself, "I can't live like this anymore!"

Because of my neck injury, I had to start small.

My journey to more energy began with simply drinking more water because it was one thing I could do that didn’t require lots of time.

To reduce stress I surrounded myself with as many positive things as I could - books, movies, daily affirmations, comedy shows, and more.

I also used mindfulness practices to calm my nervous system - to reduce tension in my body and stress in my mind.

Then I started experimenting with different foods that boosted my energy. I simply added more vegetables to every meal, like a salad for dinner each night, and made sure I ate enough protein.

For a long time, I was in denial that I had a gluten intolerance. I cut back on the amount of bread and carbs I ate and quickly noticed that my neck and joints felt much better. I had less pain and less inflammation in my body and waaaaay more energy.

Because I’d made those small changes, I was able to go for walks again. Walks turned into doing 20 squats every time I went to the bathroom - which was a lot of squats because of all the water I was drinking haha! And those squats turned into moving my body more.

Within 6 weeks I felt 50% better. It gave me the motivation to continue what I was doing. It didn’t happen overnight, but I lost some weight, gained a ton of energy, reduced my stress and felt more confident. And now I feel physically, mentally, and emotionally better than I did before my accident!

Getting well wasn’t life-shattering or complicated. I didn’t need to buy extra things like magic shakes, energy drinks, or a gym membership. I just needed to make small, consistent changes in my habits.

Now, I help women just like you feel better in your body so that you can feel your best physically, mentally, emotionally and across all areas of your life

In my Hardwire Healthy Habits Program, we'll rewire your brain for success, find out what to eat for your unique body type and turn healthy habits into behaviors that last so that you can boost your energy, gain more confidence and feel fantastic in all areas of your life!

Testimonials

Jaime coached me around feeling not good enough when I was in the presence of others, who seemed to have amazing experiences, knowledge, and lives.

During our time together, using her amazing skill of listening with her heart, she was able to ask just the right questions to guide me toward the actions steps that were perfect for my own goals and values, not someone else’s. Ultimately, I came out of my shell and am now successfully creating and delivering amazing workshops and seminars.

Jaime will help you move forward in your life without fear, doubt, or worry about what others will think.

Working with Jaime was amazing! She was so organized and I was able to stay on track with my thoughts - something I don't always do well. We dove right into my goals and uncovered some amazing gems for me to use when moving forward in my life.

She brought me directly to an "Aha!" moment when I released my "big why" out of thin air; something that sounded scripted but it was just what was in my heart at that moment. Somewhere along the way, I lost a sense of why I do what I do and what it means to me. She helped me rediscover it and find empowerment through it.

We ended working together with me having an amazingly positive vibe surrounding my life and my goals. I feel like I can do anything now, and I actually have a plan in place. Thank you, Jaime!

Thanks for your work with me, Jaime! I loved how we worked on different areas linked to mindset, eating habits, and body image.

The little targets we set which helped me be mindful of my emotions towards food. I learned a lot with you and see the value of working more along those lines. You are super knowledgeable.

Thanks for coaching me to adopt healthy habits to feel more energized and kinder to myself.

Jaime not only helped me in my physical journey but also emotionally, at the time we worked together I was going through a lot of personal things. She helped me sort out my emotions and what I was feeling at the time.

Learning about mindfulness has been a great help for me and it helped me in more ways than I can count. I really enjoyed the one on one time talking about my goals and having the feedback from Jaime who knew where I was coming from. She was so helpful with my questions and gave me time to reflect on my journey.

When the program came to end I felt like a different person than when I started. I now believe that if you really put your mind to something anything can be done.  I am very thankful to have the opportunity to work with Jaime! The things that I have learned and that I did within the program I plan to take with me as I go through life and my wellness journey.

I just finished my third session with Jaime and I have to say, this was my favorite session so far, lol. She listened and led me to my own realizations around gratitude and forgiveness. I am working on doing things for myself as well as keeping my daily meditation on track. I'm a big scheduler, so it's going on my calendar because I'm making it a priority. Thanks, Jaime as always it was a magical and thought-provoking experience. – Natalie

With Jaime's help, I came up with a plan to eat cleaner and on more of a schedule. The timing aspect will need tweaking when the kids’ school and sports start up again but using the plan that will already be in place will make it pretty easy. I came away confident that this plan will work to get me on the straight and narrow!

Thanks Jaime! -  Eileen

Thanks for your help in teaching me little ways do exercise during my day. I still have to laugh every time I’m doing my squats in the bathroom but it’s paying off so what the heck, haha. You’re a great coach!
